Mind SetHere at Bohdi Retreat we appreciate the body & mind connection to health, fitness and well being. And acknowledge that due to this important link, many people can experience difficulties when it comes to embarking on or maintaining healthy eating regimes or exercise plans. Past failures and / or experiences can lead us to reacting negatively or to dismissing new possibilities, as these subconscious messages are carried with us throughout our lives.

We can work with you to overcome these hurdles and teach you a positive approach to breaking this cycle, so you can succeed in achieving your goals and ambitions.

This can all be accomplished through mind-set, education and practice of techniques, which can help you in many areas of your life.

Mind-set talks and sessions are incorporated into the weekly programme. Private one-to-one sessions can be booked at an extra charge.
