You can take part in as many of the daily activities that are on offer:

08.00   Morning walk (along one of the many stunning Valley routes)

09.00   Breakfast juice
10.00   Morning Stretch & Core (Includes Yoga postures and so much more)

11.00  Free time…..
13.00   Lunch time juice or salad
14.00   Daily activity (either):

  • Exercise Class (get fit whilst having fun)
  • Coaching / Educational talk
  • Cooking demo / Juicing lesson
  • Beauty Demonstration
  • Facial Excercises
  • Or just relax by the pool…….

15.30   Snack juice / booster shot juice / Healthy Snack
17.00   Rebounding
18.00   Evening Juice or Meal
19.00   Evening sessions (either):

  • Mindset for change/ Mindfulness
  • Informal group session
  • Informative Talk
  • Guided Meditation (visualisation or breath work)
  • Thought Provoking Film / DVD’s

Other exercise classes are tailored to your needs and ability: Aimed at increasing activity levels, improving muscle tone, balance and flexibility, whilst having fun and burning off a few extra calories at the same time. Other activities and classes may be offered in addition or in place of those shown above. A weekly roster for daily activities will be available on the retreat information board.
